About Me
As a writer, I ensure that every project reflects my extensive experience and expertise. Certainly, AI can give you basic facts (as its algorithms interpret them), but I bring the human touch, giving readers a solid grasp of the environment that created those facts and a full understanding of what they mean to them.
Effective written communication blends a deep understanding of the topic
with extensive general knowledge that stems from my limitless curiosity.
Please browse my site! You’ll
see that while my content and articles specialize in a wide range of
topics including health from a medical standpoint, business, travel,
science, and even hobbies (I’m a regional, state, and national
award-winning lapidary artist).
Each of my books are published by established,
reputable publishers including Wiley and Prentice-Hall. Each addresses
specific concerns readers have about their own lives.
What book,
article, or content for online publications would you like to have
written? I write under my byline or can ghost (often for professional
publications), so you can advance your goals.
I enjoy interviewing people from all walks of life,
from business leaders who are changing our world to families who are
experiencing a life-altering personal crisis. By sharing their wisdom
and personal stories, my readers relate to the subject’s issues and
learn from them.
I believe that volunteering, especially within my profession, provides support leading to success for everyone. Some of my work includes chairing the 2002 Annual Conference for the American Society of Journalists & Authors (ASJA) in Manhatten mere months afte 9/11, breaking all 31 years of records for attendance and fundraising. Co-founded and chaired Getting Published/Getting Known, a comprehensive writing symposium for mental health professionals under the sponsorship of the American Society of Journalists & Authors/N.CA. I have also served two terms on the ASJA national Board of Directors and chaired the Northern California Chapter for many years.
